Founder of USind Solutions based in Spring Hill, Tennessee USA. He's a father, husband, writer, speaker, entrepreneur, coach and student.
Mr. Vonch has experienced personal and professional success, but he's also suffered bitter defeat. Although certainly preferring the former, he feels that he's learned the most from his struggles and disappointments. He feels that life's greatest lessons are learned by overcoming the obstacles in the path of a challenging and worthwhile objective.
Robert's passion is human potential. He believes fervently in the indomitable human spirit and revels in helping people and companies grow and prosper.
Over the past 30 years, Robert has devoted himself to studying what works and has been an ardent student of the principles of success. He's taught seminars and conducted workshops on goal setting, motivation and personal development.
He also served our Country in the United States Navy on board the Aircraft Carrier USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN-72) were he learned a great deal about human interaction and overcoming adversity during tours of duty overseas.
He sees a worldwide association of success-minded, high-integrity people who want not only their own success, but want to help others to achieve their potential as well.
Mr. Vonch is a positive and optimistic man. He views the next few decades as a time of unparalleled change and incredible opportunity.
Sumanta Mitra

Sumanta has extensive breadth of experience as an Executive in the technology industry. Over the last 10 years he's performed the role of Project Manager, Product Manager and Vice President of Engineering in a variety of corporations. He possesses broad engineering and software development experience in the areas of Internet based systems, Windows systems, and information systems and automated test systems. His early career was dominantly in the software development and engineering disciplines.
Sumanta's engineering, development, and coding skills were applied at various levels for small to large corporate companies worldwide.
Sumanta received his Bachelor degree in Science from Calcutta University.

Nicholas Vonch is results oriented and team focused with a verifiable track record for the successful completion of multiple marketing/management oriented projects throughout his career. He has worked with Bank of America CRE as a corporate marketing specialist and various other management and marketing roles with many companies and organizations. He is very excited to be taking on his new role with USind Solutions in assisting companies and individuals realize their dreams.
Mr. Vonch believes in the value that the Customer comes first and that by leading through innovation, having higher standards, a strong team and setting achievable goals success is attainable.

Peter Cacchioli has over two decades of extensive experience in supporting small businesses with Technological support and guidance. For the past 20+ years Mr. Cacchioli has worked with Intel based hardware and software. He has provided support for all versions of Windows as far back as 3.1. He also has 15+ years of Novell and Windows server support.
With excellence in customer service and a background in providing solutions to a wide range of users Mr. Cacchioli is ready for any challenge small or large. He is well qualified and ready to assist in recommending and designing technology and support system solutions that will work for your company.
